Terms of service
These terms are between the company ("we", "us") and the business that creates an account ("you"). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
the service provides rostering, time clock, attendance reporting and related tools through a website and mobile apps. Staff you invite use the apps under your account.
Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the staff and managers you add. You must have the right to use the service to record your staff's hours and locations.
Your staff and their data
You are responsible for telling your staff that their clock-on times and locations are recorded, and for meeting your obligations under employment and privacy law. We process that data for you to provide the service.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, in Australian dollars. Prices exclude GST unless stated. The per-employee amount is updated daily based on the employees on your roster, and changes are prorated. A free trial of the stated length applies to new accounts. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; the plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
If a payment fails we will retry. If it still fails, your account moves to the free plan and paid features pause. Your data is kept.
Payroll and pay calculations
The service records and exports hours. It does not calculate pay, penalty rates, leave entitlements or tax. You are responsible for paying your staff correctly. GPS and time records are provided as a guide and can be inaccurate or be altered by a user; do not rely on them as sole proof.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, or use it to unlawfully monitor people.
Availability and liability
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Ending
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On request we will delete your business's data, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
